Karl Reddy is a telecommunications artificer with over fifteen (15) years of experience in the operational and executive management of telecommunications technologies and services, with practical experience in network planning, network operations management, and telecommunications policy development. Mr. Reddy has functioned as a Communication Access Consultant/Advocate since the year 2000 and has worked extensively with telecommunications organizations and Deaf organizations in the areas of spectrum management and Internet governance. He has also successfully conducted consultancies for several of the Expert Member on telecommunications, business, and media of World Federation of the Deaf from 2000 to 2005. In extension, Mr. Reddy has taught in the educational field for over twenty (20 years) from K-12 to college level while having Bachelor’s in International Business with Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and Master’s degrees in Special Education from the University of South Africa.
