Taja Brown has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. She worked at Northrop Grumman for five years before becoming HR Manager at Gallaudet University and then Director of Human Resources and Employment Services at CSD. Taja has two Bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Psychology and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She values diversity and equality, fosters a positive work environment, and creates training programs for employee development. As Director of HR and Employment Services at CSD, Taja works towards achieving revenue-based goals. Outside of work, Taja enjoys tacos, painting, writing, and spending time with family, friends, and dogs.
